Terms of service

Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed through the Sheyla's Dream GmbH online shop.

2. Contracting Party

The purchase contract is concluded with:

Sheyla's Dream GmbH
Eichendorffstr. 47
78054 Villingen-Schwenningen
Germany
Email: support@sheylasdream.com

Represented by the Managing Directors Patrik Budimir and Zoran Karanovic.

3. Conclusion of the Contract

The presentation of our products in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer.

By completing the checkout process, you submit a binding order for the products in your cart. The contract is concluded when we send an order confirmation or otherwise accept your order.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices shown in the shop include the applicable statutory VAT.

Any additional shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

5. Payment

The payment methods currently available are shown at checkout.

6. Delivery and Pre-orders

Delivery is made to the delivery address provided with your order.

If a product has a special or longer delivery time, particularly for pre-orders, this will be stated on the relevant product page. That product-specific delivery time applies.

If an ordered item unexpectedly becomes unavailable, we will inform you without undue delay.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Sheyla's Dream GmbH until payment has been made in full.

8. Right of Cancellation

Consumers have a statutory right of cancellation. Details can be found in our Cancellation Policy.

9. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

10. Liability

We have unlimited liability in cases of intent and gross negligence and for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health.

In cases of slight negligence, where essential contractual obligations are breached, our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical of the contract.

Statutory liability, in particular under product liability law, remains unaffected.

11. Privacy

Information about how we process personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this applies only insofar as it does not restrict mandatory protections under the law of the country in which they are habitually resident.
