We currently ship within Germany and to the member states of the European Union, as well as Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the delivery country and the order, and are shown before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Times

The delivery time for each item is stated on the relevant product page.

For pre-orders or items with a different delivery time, the delivery time stated there applies.

Tracking

As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information by email.

Customs and Import Charges

Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges. These are levied by the relevant authorities in the destination country and must be paid by the recipient.
