Self-shipping: available from all countries.
Trying items on is of course okay. Please return them clean, without wear, perfume scent or pet hair.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. This period starts when you, or a person you designate who is not the carrier, receive the goods. For goods ordered together and delivered separately, it starts when the last item is received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us – Sheyla’s Dream GmbH, Eichendorffstraße 47, 78054 Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany, support@sheylasdream.com – of your decision with an unequivocal statement, for example by email or letter. You can also use the “Withdraw from contract” button or the model withdrawal form below. Neither the form nor the portals are required. Sending your statement before the withdrawal period expires is sufficient.
If you withdraw online, we will promptly email you an acknowledgement containing your statement and the date and time it was received.
Returns & refunds
Send the goods to the following address without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. Sending the parcel before this deadline is sufficient. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal. Additional costs for a different delivery method are excluded. We will use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without charging reimbursement fees. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.
You are only liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
